I want to obtain a license to drive the minivan at a a schoolbus transportation company but Im not sure what endorsments I need I know one of them is a passenger endorsment and I know you need a cdl to drive the minivan but no clue what I need for the minivan?????

A driver's license - but I guess that would depend on what state you are in.

All you need is a CDL with a passenger endorsement. If it was a bus you would need a Class B. A minivan only requires a regular CDL. That's it.
