10/58. You can divide by 2.
5/29. 5 & 29 is a prime number and therefore cannot be simplified anymore.
Your answer would be 5/29.

If you divide both the top and bottom by two, then 10/58 = 5/29. That's as far as that fraction can be simplified.

10/58

When I look at this I see that both 10 and 58 can be divided by 2.

So let's divide them both by 2

5/29

Now can we go further?

5 is prime, and 29 is also prime. But if you didn't know that you could ask yourself what goes into both 5 and 29?

Since nothing does this is as far as we can go.

Answer 5/29
