I'm in my 30's and and im kinda shy.. I just cant seem to make friends lately... im really depressed and just dont know what to do.. im taking a bellydancing class and have some nice people there.. iI could just cry over this... please serious answers only... please help me to get some friends because ive been really lonely.....

Making friends can be easy. Invite some people over to your home who you want to know better. Go to parties that they might have and from there chose the ones who you think who would stick with you to the end! It can be hard but relax and have a little fun with it.
