It is true. I work at a hospital and the anesthesiologists like to listen to disco music!

yes my doctor had classical music playing when i had my c- section very soothing. i was put under shortly after his birth for the bladder repair surgery

well, my parents are veteranarians and they listen to music and i had surgery once and they said that its possible to hear music when you are under and let me pick a CD to listen to, but i decided not to and i dont think i would have heard it anyways. but yeah, i think they sometimes let the patients choose, tho

yes they do my bf had a op and he said there was soft music playing there it must b to relax them

yes they do. i guess it relaxes them. and also the last time i went to the dentist, he was also playing music in his clinic, and it's also louder than you think is relaxing!

HI LITTLE, AND IN ANS TO YOUR ? YES THEY DO, I DID CLINICALS AT A ST. PERTERSBURS HOSP IN FOR 3 DAYS. AND BELIVE YOU ME THEY HAVE IT CRACKED TO THE MAX.
THEY SAY IT GETS THEM THRU THE TOUGH AND DIFICULT SURGERY'S. AND YOU KNOW WHAT I BELIVE THEM TOO. HEY TAKE CARE SUNSHINE
