arrg! it's so frusturating!!! I keep watching porn too much (once or twice a day, hardcore) and i'm trying to stop (or at least reduce my masturbation amount.) I'm only 13, too!!! i once heard that the new internet porn hurts your sexual orientation (feeling and orgasm) to an extreme extent. how do i stop this horrible cycle?!

please dear god no "ur freaky" answers! if you're gonna post something mean, at least put in some helpful info. and no "don't deny your natural needs." those needs should be met in 3 years!!

it's odd, i'm 6 feet, i look 15-16, and my puberty went really early!

Try not to worry about it because there will be a lot of guys and girls your age feeling the same way. When I was your age I got into a bad habit of masturbating a lot so when I would feel very "sexually frustrated" I would go for a jog. Exercise releases the same chemicals in your brain that orgasms do and this really helped me. Try to limit yourself to only masturbating once a day, maybe at night before you go to sleep or in the morning when you wake up. And it does get easier and your hormones will settle eventually.

Um....wow. Uh, yeah, it's possible. Think about something else. Get out of the house and away from the computer. Join a club or school team, so you won't always be home and you'll be too busy to even think about that stuff. And maybe you'll be too tired after to even consider going online. Occupy yourself with homework and a social life. Do some excercise before you sleep so you'll be tired and fall asleep faster. Do some volunteer work somewhere. Remind yourself everytime that "the new internet porn hurts your sexual orientation (feeling and orgasm) to an extreme extent". Make a resolution that if you don't do that stuff for ___ days/weeks/months/years, you will __________. Hope this helps.
