I'm not sure what you're asking so I'll address both questions you might be asking...
Fifteen billion years ago there was no sun or Earth - evidence suggests that the Earth is about 4.6 billion years old.
Fifteen billion years from now the earth will have long ago been vaporized when the sun expanded into a red giant star as it used up all its hydrogen fuel. Our sun is thought to be about 5 billion years old. Stars like the sun are thought to have about 10 billion years worth of hydrogen fuel - which means that we've got from 4-5 billion years left until the sun expands and vaporizes Earth.
So, 15 billion years from now = no earth; 15 billion years ago = no earth.

The Earth did not exist 15 billion years ago.
About 10 or 12 billion years from now, the Sun will expand and vaporize the Earth.

I'm just going to assume you mean what I think you do.
The Earth isn't that old, but I suppose that it might have been a asteroid.
The Sun will either vaporize the Earth, or a huge meteor will crash into the Earth, creating such a wave of energy and chemicals that the human race will die out.
There are many questions about each, before and after. It's all about what *you* think. Draw from that.
