in decent shape so you know he takes of himself, nice white teeth, groomed facial hair, smiles, sparkly eyes.. oh and those little tiny smile wrinkles by the eyes :D

it's different in everyone's opinion, but I like:
skinny, short, not that muscular, blue or green eyes, pretty much any color of hair, white (not to be racist or anything, though. I just find them more attractive), style doesn't matter. I guess it just depends. It changes from time to time, too.
