They kind of look alike, but Giant Gonzalez does look very latino, the Khali seems to be more popular, they are both so tall, almost like Andre the Giant (May his soul rest in Peace) But they are not as popular as Andre. Why?

Well,I have no idea who Giant Gonzalez is but I do know why they are not as popular as Andre the Giant. Its because Andre the Giant loved the fans and Andre is the 8th wonder of the world. I just thought of this because I watched an Andre the Giant dvd yesterday.

Because Andre was a much better character, not to mention he was better in the ring before he started having health problems. Andre was the first "giant" character, and he was special for that. Now, they're just not very exciting.

alot Jorge Gonzalez(giant Gonzalez) was billed as 8'0" although he really was only 7'6"
Dalip Singh(Khali) is billed as 7'3"
Andre the giant was billed as 7'4"
Andre was really the first of his kind I believe that this is why he was so much more popular as in the originals are always more popular
