stop spending so much time on the internet and crack the books open.

For math:
go over any notes
do problems
search related problems
read over book if help
For science:
don't cram things in in the last minute
take time to understand what youre doing
try to search topics you dont know
look stuff up in the dictionary
dont watch tv while doing that
dont listen to music either
And over all, try to relax the day before. Take time to relax at home or whatever and try soothing tecniques. Have a lot of sleep the night before. Try to be in a good mood the day of the test. Try not to think about problems, becasue if you are psychologically troubled, you are prone to do worse.

study in short spurts of 10-20 minutes with 5 minute breaks
