Criminals NO
Innocents Victims YES

So, now how do we tell the 2 apart?
Personally, if found guilty I think they should be required to pay the system (and victims) back before those cigarettes & chocolates at the commersary.
AND NO FREE COLLEGE courses, color TV, pool tables and workout rooms. ETC....
Cot , 3 squares, a blankie and stripes PERIOD!

an similar position the position you would come across a free plumer, dentist, painter, etc. Fantasyland. you're entitled to a public defender for criminal prices, yet no longer till you're easily charged or arrested. in case you want a legal professional with you for a pre-arrest interrogation or questioning, you'll want to employ one. legal professionals do no longer paintings for free basically because you do not prefer to pay. No legal professional will paintings professional-bono to accompany you to a police questioning.

Only if they can't afford them. Everyone, regardless of wealth or social stature, has the right to legal representation.

Everyone should have access to counsel. Remember innocent until proven guilty? Let's hope you never need one because you obviously don't think you would deserve one.
