Please don't do anything drastic. I know that I suffered severe depression and getting out and socializing as much as possible really helped. Get involved in some kind of social group a church is a really awesome idea. If you keep yourself productive and interactive you should feel better. Definately pray, God will help you whether you believe that or not. Read the bible because that has all the right answers. Suicide is no joke its a terrible thing & you are worth living and you have to know that. Don't get involved in a negative social group do something positive. Also join a group therapy or a private therapy and talk your feelings out. The more you open up and get these feelings out the better. Pray, Pray Pray, go to church. Even if this is not what you are used to it is right and God loves you. I hope this helps.

Call a hotline if you need help right away. Get regular, professional help and stick with it. Life is TOO precious not to be blissfully happy, no matter what happened in the past. Get help just for you, you deserve the life you want. This isn't that life. Reject negative people from your life. This is always a great place to start. Even if it is family! But if your family is good, use them as support.

I've suffered from depression and anxiety disorders, still have them. 1st you should talk to your most trusted friends if you have any/family, but you need to get help from a pro.. Try psychologist first for a while. Pills are only as a last resort, but even with pills, psycology is needed.

Please go to a doctor or at least find a hotline that you can call and then call it everytime before you do anything bad. People do care, you should not have to feel that way.
