My sister lost something in her Internet Explorer Help please!!!?

When we try to load her into peoplepc the Internet explorer page comes up but only the headline and it won't let you pass that point . my question is can you reload your internet explorer or should she just reboot?

Always try a "Reboot" first, for any problem.

you can goto the add/remove programs in the control panel. click on IE to delete it and it gives you the option to repair it.
