you can either delete certain entries from your history, or the entire history log (usually ctrl+h in your browser)

Just go to Control Panel then Internet Settings and click on Clear History.

There's an application called KleanFreak that cleans your tracks just by clicking go. It's a very tiny application.

use a registry cleaner and spyware program. also clear the temp files and cookies from your computer.

download CCleaner and wipe away
