No other animal like moves there mouth to sh0w expression i just dont get it

Because our bodies are the mirror of our spirit. And creation in its infinite wisdom allows us to express our feelings by body language. As we humans evolve we become more and more transparent. Also some of us develop an uncanny ability to read our bodies and know what goes on inside.
Some years ago I attended a seminar by Karen Kingston (of Space Clearing fame) who looked at each 11 of us and told us things only we could have known about our health and personality.

I often smile when sad because it makes me forget my sadness. It makes me feel better so I do it.
