some one you had accept unconditionally , without knowing anything about them walks away / disappears and then comes back after three / four years and wants to get married and he / she can be a potential spy??????

If there is someone you accepted unconditionally (and by this, since your meaning is UNCLEAR, I suppose you mean trusted?) without knowing, then you are an extremely naive person, bound for much pain and sorrow--or you are living in some sort of fantasy land. So yes, turn the TV off, go get a job, grow up, and base your relationships on reality and knowledge.

The key phrase "without knowing anything about them" indicates that you would be mad to even consider marriage to that person. And, how much does that person really know about you?
I don't know what indicates someone being a potential spy, but if someone leaves for years without a word, that person has problems and is trouble. You can only care for the person as a friend.
