razr or samsung t629?

which one is the better one?

samsung t629.it's a girl phone (my wife has 1) more cool features and better resolution video+ meg pix camera.

Razr, I have but I've never dropped mine, and my BESTFRIEND has had hers for 2 years and has dropped it several times but it's never messed up.

razers are cool and all but if you drop them (ive droped mine twice) the outside screen will stop working so they are VERY delicate
