I think it comes down to a matter of reaction time. Darth tries to use the Force on Termy, but find that Termy A) has no heart so he can’t crush his aorta, B) is a lot heavier than he looks, so he can’t lift him, C) can’t read his mind because Terminator is not alive and the Force surrounds living things.
Terminator analyzes the energy that is being directed at him, calculates that if he were human, it would have disabled or killed him. Terminator deduces that the opponent facing him is human, or some kind of disgusting human-robot hybrid, even though he looks like a normal, ordinary, decent robot.
Terminator wastes a few thousand rounds on Vader, and sees that he is able to deflect them with the lightsaber.
Vader tries to close quarters with Terminator and cut him down with the lightsaber.
The Terminator lets him do it! The Terminator does not suffer fear or pain! The Terminator does not suffer the loss of body image upon losing an arm! While Vader is busy hacking off one of his arms, Terminator drives the other fist through Vader’s armor, splattering his heart through the ceramic-alloy elements of his reinforced spine!
Vader loses. If only he had tried to make an ally out of the Terminator, instead of fighting him….

Hands down Darth Vader. I mean this one isn't even close. Here is the deal, Vader would simply use the force to hold up the Terminator from T3 in the air while he used his lightsaber to cut her into 5,000,000 pieces and then drop her in a vat of liquid metal.
He may even cop a feel or two since Padme is now dead and considering his physical condition I don't think he's getting much action these days. :)

Darth Vader for two reasons:
1) The force is strong with that one and he could probably crush the Terminator into a little ball just by thinking about it (think trash compactor)
2) He has a friggin' lightsaber, man! He'd cut the Terminator it two!

The originial Terminator (who Arnold played) probably can be easily destroyed by General Grievous, who have a droid body.
However, General Grievous was defeated by Obi-Wan, and Obi-Wan was later on defeated by Darth Vader in his cyborg form.
Remember, the originial Terminators are like the Battle Droids, they are cheap and can be easily disposed.
As for the T-1000 and the T-X.
Well, the advanced user of the force have no problem with dealing on liquid life forms.

The Terminator. He's not human so even if he gets cut by the light saber, he'll just mold back up together.
And let's say Darth Vadar throws him off a cliff somewhere and runs away and hides, the Terminator will eventually find him. He will change forms to impersonate others to get him to tell him where he is hiding out.

Darth Vader because has the stress on his aspect. He ought to carry him up up spin him round and turn him the incorrect way up. lol. plus he has a gentle saber that may block bullets and slice through some thing. So Terminator does no longer have a probability in hell.

Vader would stop the terminator's shots dead like he did to Han Solo in Episode V and then procede to sclice the terminator in half, or use the force to dismantle him, or even order his stormtroopers to kill the terminator, sure the terminator would kill about a hundred of them first but, T3 showed that the T-800 was vunerable to energy weapons, so after killing enough stormtroopers he's bound to run into one that can shoot straight

darth vader.
the terminator is a pretty durable and well armed guy but vader could easily use the force to freeze the terminator in his tracks then proceed to using a lightsaber to finish it off. the terminator would have to either catch vader off guard or neak up behind him with a sawed off shot gun or somthin
