I just love the interactions between characters. Dr. Cox and just about anybody on the show makes some hilarious moments! The way the janitor torments JD, and the way JD and Turk act all man-lovey with each other are also very funny! But I'd have to say my favorite character is JD. He's so funny and quirky!

Dr Cox is good - I just realized he was in Office Space as one of the Bobs
Ted is a great as well and Janitor

I definatly like Dr. Cox. That guy is so funny. He is kind hearted deep down but he coveres it with a sarcastic syanacle shell.

Dr. Cox is my favorite, followed by Dr. Bob Kelso. And when those two are bantering, it makes my day. Oh I almost completely forgot about Jordan, who is hilarious, and nice to look at.
