The van has been rolled and the door won't shut. So I need to replace the door somewhere. I looked at a couple of salvage shops around town and only found one full size van. But its a Dodge, but the door measures out to the same size and looks the same shape.

No. It won't fit. Did you ask any of the salvage yards if they could find one for you? Most subscribe to a parts locating service. They just have to put out a request and another salvage that has one will contact them. Keep looking.

You can do anything you want with enough money and tools.
BUT making it look right would be real hard, this sounds like a question to see who is stupid enough to answer it.
