Don't pop! It sounds like these are more blemishes than full-on zits. Try applying some apple cider vinegar to the affected area after you wash your face tonight. That should minimize them for tomorrow, when you should either apply more or rub in a little OTC zit medication if your skin doesn't dry out too quickly. If you don't have any apple cider vinegar, I've HEARD that toothpaste works, but I've never actually tried it.
Avoid makeup unless you're self-conscious about it: _maybe_ some light powder or water-based concealer if necessary...

I get these from time to time and what I do after my regular skincare ritual (ProActiv) is cake on a big dollup of zit cream, I think the kind I have is Clean and Clear. I do this before I go to sleep and when I wake up and take a shower the zits have popped on their own and are diminished in size.
Don't force a pimple to pop, it will leave a scar.

get a wash cloth soak it in hot water apply this off and on for a few minutes the [heat does help]get some anti bac soap apply directly to zit don'y rub it in just dab it on. put a bandaid over it you should see a difference by morning . sounds weird i know but it won't dry out your skin or irritate.some times it a t least brings it to a head and you will be able to pop it. i know people don't do it but some time it is the only way .at least try it

Use a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol as a last minute cure all.....And a drop of Clearsil directly on the zit after wards. The alcohol and Clerasil will dry it up over night...Use as often as you need to, whenever this problem pops up..Its helped me many times. Use every night and every morning.....

Ugh! Popping is the WORST thing you could do.
What I would recommend is buying some Clearsil. It works wonders. You should buy the 3day treatment kind. It's not expensive and you can get it at any local drug store.
Also, I've heard that taking the white pasty kind of toothpaste can also dry them out and reduce the appearance of them. I've read this in numerous beauty magazines.
Hope I helped. =]
