A few spots and smears on one leg, I'd like to have it gone but...

It depends on the type of paint, oil based paints often never come out. I would recommend a mechanical method, get a brillo pad and scrub at the paint, if it will not come off that way, you can try escalating cleaners while rubbing until it starts to ball up and rub off. I do not know a chemical compound that is very effective that is safe for clothes. You can try paint thinner, but you will likely end up with pale or heavily abraded spots on your clothes.

I'm sorry but there is no way u can get paint off. How do I knew well my dad is a painter and he tried different things 2 get it off.
