It depends on the situation. When I translate at work it's Spanish or English. When I am lucky enough to go back to Germany it's mostly German.
It can get confusing sometimes, especially around other people who are also able to speak more than 1 language and get to messing with me and each other. Then you watch my "I'm stupid" face until I catch up with what they are saying.

German is my mother tongue, so I think in German a lot of the time.
Being around with English natives and being an English teacher , I do think in English, too.

After living in the french part of Switzerland , I think in French , too, but much less than in English.
