There is no way to have a miscarriage done by yourself. What you need to do is seek help from your local Planned Parenthood or doctor.
If you aren't sure if you are pregnant, please see a doctor for a pregnancy blood test. If you are referring to unprotected sex that you recently had, the morning after pill is available through your local Planned Parenthood or health department.

There is a lot of info on this site: http://www.sisterzeus.com/List.htm Especially read this section: http://www.sisterzeus.com/hInterfPr.htm
However there is no sure and safe way of inducing miscarriage yourself, compared to going to the doctor this is a bad option unless you're in a really strange situation.
Unless using RU-486 counts as self-induced, since you take the pill yourself...

i have read that drinking penny royal tea can induce miscarriage but it is toxic and if taken in the wrong amounts can be lethal. also, if you try some unconventional way to abort the fetus, and if the fetus does die but stays trapped in your body, that can lead to blood poisoning, which is lethal. if you are value your health, regardless the health of the unborn baby, you should go to a clinic for a legal and supervised voluntary termination of pregnancy.

There are herbs that will abort the fetus. I won't tell you what they are but that won't stop you from looking for the answer. I believe that life it too important to throw it away. I'm not a religious person so I won't quote from a book. If you want to discontinue the process, then make sure you don't harm yourself.

With all the battles there have been to try to keep having this be LEGAL - I am sorry there are still people who would want to go back to the back alley, high risk, probability of dieing from unintended complications.
I am not pro abortion but please be safe.

certain herbs are known to cause miscarriage. Lavander I think is one (I'm rusty o herbology, sorry). But if you are pregnant, and wanting to miscarriage....how sad. Realize what you really mean, you want an abortion. and next time use a condom.
