i put a pan on top of another and one got stuck to the other and it wont come offf how can i get it off ?! .... it got basically vacuumed together from the heat

Fill the sink with hot water...just enough so the pots will sit level. Then put ice in the top pot. The ice will cause the top one to contract and the hot water will cause the bottom one to expand.

Either put it in the sink and fill it with hot water or try cold water, see if you can move the handles back and forth. This has worked for me but not with pans.

Try putting them in the freezer.

get a small straw and try to blow air between them.
