IMVU chat will not download!! Please help?

This shows up when I try to download IMVU chat:

What can I do to get this to download? I downloaded it before but my sister deleted it. So I'm trying to downlaod it back. I downloaded it off the IMVU website. So are there any other websites I can get it off of? Please tell me! Thank You!!
