If you're bi & a girl is flirting with you, just flirt back the same way you flirt with the boys you like. It's always easiest to flirt right after they've flirted with you first. Or you could just approach her & tell her you'd like to get to know her better then ask her to join you for a soda or movie or something. Developing a platonic friendship first is easier than trying to jump right into something more.

Just do the little things, you may not think she will really notice but I'm guessing part of her will notice and become curious, making her flirt back even more hopefully ;-). More aggressive I'm not sure what to say since it probably will get noticed by others unless you two are somewhere alone.

Lingering looks and touches. Smile at her.
If you've had a long day or weekend tell her and say something like "but all I wanted to do was come spend time with you" or "spending time with you makes things better".
Or you could buy her little thoughtful things. Nothing over the top. If you happen to be out with her somewhere stop buy one of the stores and buy her, her favorite candy bar, ice cream, soda, or candy.
There's lots of ways to go, but without know what she likes, I can't really say anything else.

Sometimes flirting is just a short touch, looking just a little too long in someones eyes...laughing just a little to long at a joke. The thing you HAVE to do is STICK YOUR NECK OUT...Go for it girl. Show her your affection. For me, it was so hard to get used to wanting women and not thinking it was wrong. Its fun, women are fun and ...*shocking* receptive and warm! Start with baby steps, ...touch the small of her back when you open a door for her, offer her a bite of your food, grab her hand in a scary movie. Its fun and sweet, and best of all, SEXY!

wow. weird answers so far... anyways, things like hugs, or a pinch (uhm or tickle i guess) to the side usually get my attention. i'm talkin big hugs that engulf and surround somebody. hold her close for a moment and let her know what you mean. girls hang all over each other anyways so don't worry about eveyone else. and if you still are worried about everyone else then try to get her alone, but be careful and don't follow her around like a puppy. i can't stand that- it's pathetic. good luck darling.

Just ask her to lunch or dinner or a movie or all of it. Strike up a conversation about anything when your out and talk about each other. If shes flirting with you she'll catch on.

At the end of the week, tell her you had a really long week and that you are ready to go out and get "Wild and Crazy". See if she engages in conversation with you and you will know if she is into you or not.
