i want to buy a present for my brother in law he doesnt drink or smoke and has nearly everything to do with the football team he follows and if i give him money he wont except any ideas

Anything to do with football or his specific team would be good. Try to learn a few other things that he likes and surprise him with something he wouldn't suspect. A classic football DVD or subscription to a sports magazine may be an idea.
