a website, with a web browser embedded?

In order to view a website you have to be using a web broswer...

^thats a javascript browser, but i think you need internet explorer to view it...

There is no way to view a website without having a web browser installed on your computer. So, with knowing that, you will have to download a browser. From a security and functionality standpoint I would recommend Firefox. A second choice would be Internet Explorer 7

I second the Firefox. I've used IE and Netscape, and Firefox rocks. Well, as much as an internet browser can anyway.
