www.windowsupdate.com you can start updating your computer. to defragmenting your hard drive go to my computer then right click on your C:\\ (local disk)drive and go under properties then to tools and then to fragment your hard drive. when defragmenting your hard drive don't do any other things or it might mess something up. good luck

Hi. Get online and click "Start> All Programs> " Near the top left will be a Windows Update link. Defragment by going to "Start> All Programs> Accessories> System Tools> Defragment>"

to update, use the windows update link in the start menu or the system tools menu. this is also where the defrag program is.
click the start, programs, accessories and then system tools. to defrag, just click the defag or start button when the screen comes up for it. it will take a bit to run depending how long it has been since the last time.

I'm going to guess that you mean your Windows operating system. Click "Start", "Programs", then "Windows Update". When it opens follow the instructions including "Express Install"
To defrag. follow these steps: Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Defrag. Then Click analize to see if you even need to defrag. The computer will put up a box telling you.

To update your computer, go to start, go to control panel, Click on security center, then click on ( check for the latest updates from Microsoft) That's it.
