which is more colder state..minnesota or west virginia...
i want to shift to minnesota and so want to know about minnesota before leaving west virginia......

what is the average temperature of minnesota in the winter..??...is it colder than west virginia..

Minnesota is a big state, but I'm sure that every part of it is colder (on average, of course) than West Virginia.

Minnesota is colder since it is at a higher latitude in addition to being next to the great lakes.
Enter: Minnesota average winter temperatures. . as your search and you will see 40* to 50* below.

look I live in minnesota and i used to live in west virgins so i kinda know the awnser is Minnesota its very cold now

Hey your Confederate property you can't leave us or WV . But i think Minnesota is cold . Why not Cali were it at least warm . Or if you want to transfer in the confederation try Texas.
