lots of places to choose from
the better ones are Long Beach Island and No Sign Board. Go to East Coast Park they have a few seafood restaurants where you can choose to dine in, cheers

You obviously have good taste in food...Lobster is soooo good.
But sorry...not familiar with Singapore. Good luck with that. Hope you enjoy your lobster when you get it !

All resturaunts serve lobster..but try Orchard Rd area, heeps of eateries there.
Some places you can select your lobster from a pool!! see before you eat!!
