if you are buying on-line then you have the best protection (should you have a problem with your order) when you pay with your credit card (Not a debit card such as switch or maestro) MasterCard, visa, american express etc.

in the UK you should be covered by the distant selling regulation etc if you are buying on-line for example.

alternatively you could travel to the states to buy your books and bring them back in your luggage.
