Somethings gotta give, and a Governmental Monopolistic system isn't the answer.

The problem about the costs in part is the cost of medical malpractice insurance. Until the tort laws are changed and caps are put in place, good doctors will quit practing all or part of their ability due to the stagger cost of this coverage.

1. I don't see any thing wrong with that vision
2. Unlike the Democrat Party, he is not suggesting that this be forced on the people.
3. Anyone can have ideas and suggestions and try to implement them. That's the nature of this country. Having the government force ideas down everyones gullet is the Democrat way.
