No.
First, it's almost impossible to see if you're leading all of yahoo unless you're playing like NCAA Tourney, Golf, or Auto.
Second, you only win a prize if you play Fantasy Baseaball/Football Plus. Then you get an option for a prize.

No not in Yahoo! However, CBSSportsline has leagues with prizes of up to $3000 for double diamond leagues.
