Why would we let Republicans out of jail?

We don't appoint judges. As a matter of fact only 2 judges sitting on the supreme court were appointed by a democrat the rest were all appointed by republicans!!! Last time Roe v Wade went to the supreme court it was a Republican appointed judged that swayed the way vote in favor of ABORTION!!! Remember only 2 of them were appointed by democrats and there are five of them. As for the parole board who knows who puts them there might be either republicans or democrats depending on which state one lives.

Why do people rampage around Yahoo!Answers making sure most of the questions are ridiculous and are not neutral, like a question should be?

I'm against abortion-on-demand. As for the rapist being let off with good behavior... I'd need to know the specifics, and you haven't said.

I think hospitals which perform abortions issue death certificates to aborted babies.

I live in a small liberal college town. We don't have that kind of civil unrest.
