on question 1: in what respect? with respect to divorce cases? then you should know the outcomes almost always favors women

question 2 is irrevelant if the rule of question 1 applies if aplying to divorce cases

on question of marriage - no sutdies may show that it lead to longer and happier lives, but those in marriage are now the minority and divorce rates unfavorable legal outcomes are the main reasons why

as for expressing - depends on who you talk to, some who listen to tom leykas have no problem with telling women on what side of the fence they sit on, other will not speak their mind due to vested interest

old men verse todays modern men - i would say we are bearing the fruit of wrongs in the past, and so now we pay for it here and now, this include demasculisation

as for the future - only numbers and time will tell and how well prepared for it one is

to say we are lying down is in effect you are lying down, we are not a brotherhood, cops are a brother hood, firefighters area brotherhood, every other male is very much on his own, there is no unity, so to each his own and how he fights or lay's down for a given battle

I'll answer this question point for point too:

1) Self Respect Undermined: I'm not really all that bad off in this category, though I set myself up to certain standards so that I might feel like I am.

2) Judicial System: I am not at all confident in the judicial system, based on the horror stories and statistics I have read considering family law and domestic violence today.

3) Marriage: If marriage was somehow negative for women in the past, almost any semblance of that negativity is now gone. Women certainly have the upper-hand in marriage; most women don't even pay a dowry; the finances are supposedly "split," meaning that men generally get the bill for things.

4) Expression: NOT AT ALL, but I'm starting to care less and less about whether or not somebody's going to ***** at me. If I've got one person that will back me up, that's good enough for me. If I don't, I'm pretty stuck; that's my nature and it is certainly hard to deal with sometimes.

5) Removing Masculinity: Definitely true. Taking a look at schools, masculinity certainly isn't a positive trait. I'm very well aware of the fact that I have a LOT of feminine characteristics (my own mother pointed that out to me...), and I chalk at least a portion of that up to the influence of society.

6) Confident about Living in this Society: Like it or not, this is the U.S.A and it's probably where I'm going to spend my life, excursions outside the country for reasons of exploration aside. Radical feminism can't last forever; we're beginning to understand the true differences between men and women and going back to some traditional standards, keeping the best of the old and the best of the new. It's not going to happen overnight or even within the next 20 years, but it will probably happen eventually.

7) Confident in Lying Down: Certainly not. That's the same logic used by "communists" (who aren't REAL communists, but the ones history has seen in positions of power) and terrorists. If something bad happened to your ancestors, why try and oppress the descendants of those oppressors? That's just going to incite a new cycle of hatred, which is obviously occurring today.

Hope that answers your questions.

EDIT: Wendy G, you're absolutely right! GO Elle M! Ad hominem arguments all the way! By the way, no, my mother doesn't wipe my nose, but if she did, would that make my statement any less valid? Honestly, I think it takes someone pretty immature or insecure in their own intelligence to be afraid of or dismiss the statements of a child merely because that individual was a child. If a child says that he has determined the orbit of a planet based upon mathematical theorems, do we dismiss his argument just because he's a child? If you answer yes, I'd have to say that's a little unfortunate. At what age does one's opinion become valid, then? The age of 18? Is there some line where sense suddenly shoots into a human? Probably not, and as long as I have a curious brain in my head and some decent information I'm going to continue to put together facts and truth.

#1 Mine is just fine, but a lot of men make that trade-off. Self respect for the hope of getting laid.

#2 Hell no. If a child can be raped by a woman then be made liable for child support, if a man can be ejected from his home on the mere WORD of a woman, if a man can be fired from his job on the mere WORD of a woman, the only way I can stay out of jail is accept that I am like an animal and steer clear of Holy Women (ironically like they have the plague), then I'd have to have a funny idea of dignity.

#3 haha. A slave? A castrated snivelling mangina? I have confidence in that.

#4 I play fembot bingo regularly when expressing my thoughts to feminists:

#5 If replacing John Wayne with Brokeback Mountain is a statement of our masculinity.

#6 Pfft. I can live in my own society. The mainstream one no I don't think so. MGTOW Society is the go:

#7 We weren't even bad in the past. Patriarchy created civilisation. Women had chivalry. Sitting at home having to do hardly anything is a sweet deal. The only "oppression" women suffered was sexual regulation and not being able to have everything they asked for and sometimes being told to get stuffed with their demands. Most of the things they are complaining about today are a result of removing their "oppression" of yesterday. Read the Garbage Generation:

I feel stripped of my dignity, a man used to be the king of his castle, now is only expected to pay for it, where is equel rights, i feel that the children of divorced parents should be the responsibility of the parent of whom they are with, i have custody of my daughter and receive not a cent for child support, if it was the other way around id be sleeping in a tent so that mom could drive her lexus(which she drives anyway) the judicial system is completely biased towards the women again i ask the stay at home moms why is it ok for you to retire after children, but not us, is this equel, hell no it isnt!! A man is always considered the perpitraitor and guilty, towards the defenseless woman, This isnt equel, by no stretch of the imagination, i was cheated on while working for her!!I raise my daughter working 2 to 3 jobs not a day off for 30 days at some points, still managing to take care of my daughter and spend what little time i have left with her, while mom sits on her million dollar house driving fancy cars, not paying a red cent for her child, so i ask you would this be happening if the shoe was on the other foot?? This is the most unbalanced judicial system that is out of control, so as a man i feel like we have had all dignity stolen from us, and a white man at that, no organizations for me, just the sweat from my brow and the calouses on my hands, this isnt what i looked forward when i was a child, what has happened to our countries policies????? A good man is hard to find, but a good woman is even harder to find!

your human being fact must be personal, which means about YOU and what you've faith in, no longer about a movie and not in any respect about what others imagine. Make it achievable, do not fake it because the admission committees have seen sufficient to attraction to close in case you meant what you write. don't be tacky. in reality there are a number of of factors of view and professors are not any further out to emphasize their factors of view onto you. maximum regulation college resources the device to imagine on your human being, no longer allow you to understand what to trust in, till you're using to at least one in each and every of those "regulation colleges" like Regent and Liberty. if it is the case, I desire you solid success. that query is for sure open ended. in accordance to no matter if you're a company legal professional, a civil actual recommend, an protection legal professional, a prosecutor, etc., it might properly be so diverse! My idea is that there is a lack of get admission to to justice for the poor with the severe cost of litigation. you are able to improve more beneficial arguments from there. Please, in case you disagree, do not use it! i'm no longer attempting to regulate you and solid success in in search of get admission to to a regulation college. delight on your time in regulation college and do not stress out.

My masculinity is inherent to me. Seems your is based on outside influences. Times may change, but what denotes masculinity is always with us. A man is responsible, protects women and children and fulfills his civic duties; serving country and fellow men. I have never cared what others think, but, I am swayed by evidence and responsibility.

Those feminists kick your sorry person every time don't they?? You just can't handle it. Rather pathetic example of masculinity really. Goooooooooo BABA YAGA, goooooooooooo Deirdre. These women are the heroes not you and your stupid lies. Funny the type of people that support your ridiculous arguments is waterboy who whines because he has to look after his own child and Robinson who is sixteen and whose mother probably has to wipe his nose. Lots of expertise there. Good luck.
