Cats! Usually mummified with pharoahs and other members of the Egyptian upper class. They were seen as intelligent animals and were mummified to keep the dead person company in the after life.

As far as I know... mainly cats. That's a given. But any pets that a dead person had liked in life were likely to be mummified and buried with them... if they were rich enough to afford all that mummification, anyway. Pharaohs would often have whole legions of animals--cats, crocodiles, birds... and they were mummified and buried with the Pharaoh so he could enjoy them in the afterlife.
