Beads. Lots of beads. And you could dress like a court jester.

The more colorful and gaudy, the better! Streamers everywhere, dress really wacky, tacky stuff from the party shop, you name it for Mardi Gras, it goes. And pick up beads to throw to people.

Here are some ideas: Patriotic: red, white, blue, flags, etc. Games: giant dice, rubik's cubes, game cards Christmas in July: obviously use garland, Xmas lights, ornaments, etc. Heaven and Hell Disco Flower Power
