Well flour and water can make paste and I really don't know how good that would be for your face.

If you do, you can bet it will hurt to get it off. That paste will harden with all the little peach fuzz on your face and harden with it. Pulling it off will be painful and messy. Try sliced cucumbers instead.
Who ever told you to do this is not your friend!
