I'd also say it's the 3rd best school in CA (and one of the top in the nation), despite the loud protestations of USC people.
USC had better give out lots of scholarships because otherwise, why would anyone choose USC over UCLA since UCLA has a much cheaper tuition for CA residents. That's aside from the fact that USC is in one of the worst ghettos of Los Angeles and UCLA is in one of the nicest areas of LA.

UCLA is a fine school, but.
USC rules Los Angeles.
They have the best film school, the best communications schools, and in a much nicer campus.
USC students are generally cooler than everyone else.
USC graduates rule los angeles, and you will never have a problem getting a job in LA if you graduate from USC.
USC has the best football team. Ever.
Go to USC! They give away a lot of scholarship money unlike their UCLA sub-counterparts.

I would say it is the 3rd best in CA. Stanford 1st and Berkeley second.

USC has a lot of rapes...but then again...LA is rough at places...Watch the back...But hey...All colleges have there bad sides!!!
