You should review both products and see which is best for you. I bought the 4 in 1 station for my daughter and it worked quite well. You can get these for as little as $20 at Wal-Mart, Target, or Babies R Us or any store like that. I wish you the best of luck.
You can go to this site and see reviews from parents on this site.

I have the 4-in-1 but I just use the sink with my 6 month old.
We used the 4-in-1 twice and she screamed the entire time so I started just bathing her with me...now that she wants to play I do it in the sink so she is at my level and its easier to hold the slippery little thing.

Its not that important. Really stop the excitment. As long as you have some way to hold them while they get a bath its no big deal. My child never had a bath tub. I just held her and we took a bath together. Just go with what you can afford

A towel in the bottom of the bathtub with a little warm water and a towel right out of the dryer work great and cost less. My kids loved their baths like that. Fancy isn't always better.

I just used a regular infant baby bath for my daughter. It was a gift, but I think it was under $20. The baby won't care about all the bells and whistles.

I know you can get great ones at Wal-Mart. You just need something that supports the baby. It's easiest if it fits in the sink.
