I used to have that all of the time when I was young......I haven't had it for years. I don't think people past 30 yrs old have it for some reason.

Classic deja vu is when something seems like it has happened before. Most people experience this from time to time. The deja vu you are describing is actually a 'short circuit' in the brain so that instead of hearing & seeing the event, storing it, & then experiencing it, the brain goes right to experiencing it & then storing it.

YOu ever hear of keeping notes. Write down your experiences or keep a diary then you will be able to review it nad refresh your memory as to when and what happened that is causing your de ja vu experiences.
