its a deskjet 3930 i put the paper in strait but it always james it started about 1 week ago used same paper

This happens when there is a scrap of paper
or some other object in the area where the paper
rolls through...likely it will be difficult to see
that is IF you can see it.

Put a heavier piece of CARD STOCK into the printer like you would any other piece of paper.
"help" it feed through by pushing on the card stock a little bit....
it SHOULD push the scrap on through...look inside to see if it came through.

Usually it is because it has a bit or lint or paper scrap in it...or the roller is getting smooth and not grabbing the paper.

Hi. This is usually caused by something in the track. Get a flashlight, remove the covers and take a good look.
