I have. It's okay...I mean you can interact with the teacher pretty well, but it's a bit under a lag, at least when I took it.
I can say it was worth it for the course though, it was for Ancient Asian Cultures and as it was unavailable to take in person, it worked.
Though I didn't like it on the same terms because I couldn't go and see the teacher if I needed help (a state away) and so that bothered me.
Other than that though, it worked well enough and I got an A in the course.
