I have the same problem. My hair even clogs the vaccum cleaner. It gets soooo annoying because it makes me feel like I'm going to be bald before I'm 30 and scares the crap out of me. I LOVE MY HAIR AND I WANT TO KEEP IT!!! lol. Since you aren't stressed (that's part of mine since I'm in nursing school) it could possibly be either 1) brittle from the cold weather or 2) you aren't getting enough vitamins/nurtients. I started a daily multivitamin and I think it's helping a little. I haven't been on the vitamin long enough to know for sure, but I believe it's helping a little already. Also, if you're on birth control pills they may have a little bit to do with it. So, if I were you I'd try starting a daily multivitamin and see what that does. If nothing helps you should probalby talk to your doctor. Good Luck!

Are you under a lot of stress? Have you recently had a surgery? Any hormone changes? If the answer to all of those questions is no, then you might want to talk to a doctor about it.... good luck!

Are you eating right? Hair falling out is a sign of anorexia, or maybe you're not getting the right vitamins. Call a nutrisionist/doctor to check up on the vitamins.

Stress, medications, hair treatments (bleaching, dying etc), styling, and poor nutrition are all causes for hair loss. It could also be illness as well, like Alopecia.

Mine started to thin out when I stopped breastfeeding and the doctor said it was the hormones stopping. So if you are breastfeeding there's your ans.

If not then you probably need to increase your vitamin intake and making sure you are eatting right.

It could be a hormone imbalance such as from your thyroid. Pls consult your dr to investigate this further.
