What are the actual reasons to such a drastical change in life?

I think people are eithr straight, bi or gay even before they're old enough to date & sometimes dating or being in a hetero relationship brings them to the realization of their true sexual preferences. A gay friend of my older teen grandson said he dated girls till one night when he was about to get lucky & he stopped himself because it disgusted him to even think about penetrating a vagina! Now he's happily penetrating anus's but, as a hetero, I'M not understanding how a body cavity that's sanitary enough for babies to pass thru can be more disgusting than a body cavity that feces passes thru!

I've always felt that I was gay so there really hasn't been a drastic change in life. Nothing turned me gay.

I don't think guys "turn gay" I think that most people who are gay, or who are bisexual, are already gay but they try to deny it to themselves, or it just never occurred to them. I didn't realize that I liked men until one day I caught myself checking out guys more than girls.

The drastic change is that they are allowing themselves to be who they are, or they have had no barriers to knowing their "authentic selves".

They didn't turn gay. They were born that way.
It may have taken them a while to realize it fully (a/k/a admit it to themselves).
