i don't think you need power to be racist.
the definition of racism is a form of discrimination based on race, especially the belief that one race is superior to another. racism may be expressed individually and consciously, through explicit thoughts, feelings, or acts, or socially and unconsciously, through institutions that promote inequality between races.
therefore, a minority CAN be racist.
racism has nothing to do with power.

i think you need power to have prejudice, but not racism

Racism is:
1. The belief that race accounts for differences in human character or ability and that a particular race is superior to others.
2. Discrimination or prejudice based on race.

Although I see the point you are trying make, I am inclined to disagree. Eventhough i myself am a minority, a Black Man in fact and truth, I can also be a racist if I were to spew epithets about another's race or culture. I would therefore be showing prejudice against that persons culture directly. I would'nt need to be powerful or in a position of power to hurt a persons feelings. Knowing and understanding that fact is the very reason I try to spread love to all people, and encourage all people to do the same.
