Equality means same treatment and same laws not laws with biases and orientations towards a gender.

If women are really equal to men then why laws on rape and domestic violence ???

Why do they run to the law and not face up to the guy???

Women gave up the support of their fathers and husbands when the feminists called "Lets go for their balls" and the feminist movement started?

In todays society what importance does a father or a husband have???

None they are tolerated so long as they tow the line of females and the moment they dither the woman brings down the whole legal system and millions of tears upon them.

Its nice being a father and a husband in todays age.

Because they think they can have it both ways. They play the helpless little women they think men want them to be to get their way.

And I'm afraid that in today's society, fathers are underrated big-time. One factor in whether someone will be a criminal is the absentee father.

I can't say that all women, or even most women, run to the law for small abuses (YES, some abuses are small, like pushing somebody back if they are trying to hit you with a board. I wouldn't even really call that abuse, but obviously some police officers would), but the fact that quite a few do and people don't seem to care is really frustrating.

EDIT: Furthermore, Baba Yaga, just because some "Neanderthal" posts about something, be it that rape is somehow a joke, women are worthless, or the like, doesn't mean that that justifies women calling the police over a minor conflict (once again, I refer NOT to bruises or severe beatings but to a push or a light slap, which at least in SOME CASES happens after quite some antagonizing behavior [physical] on the part of the woman), or that such an action should ruin a man's life; after all, women are supposedly so equal, so they should be able to be big girls and handle themselves. Discussion is better than violence, right?

EDIT II: Connect the dots? How many pieces of anecdotal evidence does one need before one has a conclusive argument? You can't just look at the big picture, you have to look at the details too. Simpson's Paradox is a perfect example of that; we don't really need to get into this.

No matter what the feminists tell you, women are not physically the equal of men. It is a biological fact which is a painful truth. So when a big male socks you one, you are likely to hurt more. Also, pregnant or lactating mothers of small children are more vulnerable.
So what feminists should say is: Some women are the intellectual equals of some men. Here is the crux of it.
I greatly admire the feminist movement but some feminist go way overboard and do a disservice to the rest of us lilly livered females.

Ok, so I'm assuming you're a divorced father who thinks he got unfair treatment in court. That would seem like a fair question. Your question as worded is not.

First of all laws against rape and domestic violence are not only for females. Believe it or not, it's illegal to rape or abuse a male as well, and those laws have been used to protect men.

Secondly, just because a woman wants to be treated equally, it does not mean she has to open herself up to violence. Would you say it's ok for someone to beat you up? This whole argument is ludicrous!

Please, put your energies toward being a good father and let go of some of this anger!

Need we spell it out, the laws are there for everyone not just the female population. Some ladies are tougher than others - but again that goes for men also. Everyone in society has to tow the line at one point or another. So I guess you will have to learn to live with the laws. Good Luck!!

Exactly. The only way feminists can justify asking for special privileges (skewed DV laws, skewed divorce laws, reproductive rights men do not have, affirmative action, skewed sexual harassment laws etc. etc.) is INFERIORITY.
