anyone out there live in TN?

looking at property in Waynesboro-TN I never lived anywhere but Florida-I am 40- so... whats it like there? how hot does it get- how cold- what are the bad things to look out for(we have hurricanes etc..) any help appreciated-- also - what is the pay scale like- are jobs hard to find?

I am from Georgetown,Tn. and that is in the Chattanooga-Cleveland area.It is the coldest now that it has been in 8 years. Lows at night in the teens and highs in the 30s.Around the Waynsboro area it is more North Carolina and I am not sure but would think most jobs would be in the service industry.There is some industry but not really that much.I hope this helps some.
