I'd easily take out Killzone and put in Goldeneye. It beats all of those hands down. Agreed with the guy above, Resident Evil 4 is incredible too! Unfortunately it isn't 1st person per se.

Golden eye, i remember that game. I wasted years of my life on that game and i couldn't be happier to say that.

Doom or quake, they're classics, but I haven't played any games for a few years.
